About AGC

We bring together executive depth across institutional strategy, organizational accountability, and people operations — helping leaders build the systems, cultures, and structures that allow complex organizations to perform under pressure.
Our Leadership
AGC's leadership brings complementary executive expertise across organizational strategy, accountability, investigations, people operations, and organizational effectiveness — giving clients access to senior advisory capability across the full range of institutional challenges.

His career spans executive leadership in statewide legal advocacy, juvenile justice systems reform, registered lobbying and legislative strategy, organizational accountability design, and consulting practice across sectors. He brings unusual depth across legal operations, investigative analysis, cross-sector governance, and organizational systems design — and is currently completing a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Urban Governance & Management at the University of Illinois Chicago.
