Founder & Principal

Travis Andrews

Travis Andrews brings more than 15 years of cross-sector leadership in government, legal advocacy, and nonprofit institutions to Andrews Group Consulting — including equity, impact, and community engagement strategy at Columbia Legal Services; organizational learning and training work with the Southern Poverty Law Center; and juvenile justice system leadership with the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice. He holds a Paralegal Certificate from Emory University and is a certified Victim-Offender Dialogue (VOD) facilitator.

That range — legal, governmental, nonprofit, and community-facing — is the foundation AGC is built on: investigations and accountability processes, organizational strategy and governance, restorative conflict practice, and policy implementation, brought to bear on the complex challenges AGC's clients face.
